    Description

    This presentation covers preparing for life after high school with strong emphasis on planning for careers and college. From elementary school through high school, resources will be provided on exploring career options, preparing for college success, precollege programs and financial aid. Other resources include scholarships, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, Career Connect and more.

    Outcomes of Presentation

    1. Learn the importance of early career awareness.
    2. Learn about transition planning.
    3. Learn about extensive resources for vision professionals, transition teams, students and families.
